stack rail operations at the Port of Baltimore, a transformative milestone
in expanding the Port’s capacity and competitiveness. With the ability
to accommodate double-stacked container trains, the Port of Baltimore
opens new opportunities for intermodal rail service between the Northeast
and Midwest markets. Ports America Chesapeake’s ongoing investments,
including new equipment and expanded infrastructure, will drive efficiency,
complement the Seagirt Marine Terminal’s upgraded capabilities, and
position the Port for continued success. This milestone is a critical step
toward ensuring the Port of Baltimore remains a leader in global trade and
